Anna was born and raised in the BEAUTIFUL Pacific Northwest! She is board certified by the National Academy of Sports and Medicine and earned her Associates degree in Applied Science as a personal fitness trainer through Clark College. Specializing in Corrective exercise, she uses postural and dynamic movement assessments to discover muscular imbalances that can often lead to pain. With this information she prescribes stretches to enhance joint mobility and functional movements to enhance total body strength and balance.

Anna’s philosophy:

“I believe that good health and happiness can be found with even the smallest of positive changes and all good things in life are worth working for. With patience and perseverance, reward will follow. To me, fitness is not only about exercise, it’s about finding activities you are passionate about! As an instructor and trainer my main focus is to inspire that passion, and provide you with knowledge and support as you reach your health and fitness goals.”
